On the conflict in Ukraine
The Brazzaville Foundation, constant in its principles and its method of seeking peace through dialogue, can only condemn the use of weapons and reiterate its availability, among the actors of civil society, with the objective of helping a constructive dialogue between the belligerents. It does not refrain from any contact to contribute to this.
The Foundation wishes to point out that the protocol envisaged with DOC Research Institute, which provided for actions in favor of peace research, was never implemented. It is de facto null and void. Furthermore, DOC Research Institute has ceased its activities.
