In accordance with the requirements of the Charity Commission and current practice in UK NGOs, the Board of Directors plays a key role in the governance of Brazzaville Foundation. It ensures the efficiency of its management and the achievement of its mission, as defined in its statutes.

Strengthening the competencies of the Board, these three personalities will share their expertise in communication strategy (Martine Chayriguès), law (Tim Perry) and business management (Kishore Sakhrani).

The meeting also provided an opportunity to thank Mr. Oliver Scutt (United Kingdom), who has stepped down as a director. His invaluable support, particularly in legal matters, and his presence at many thematic activities have been appreciated over the past two years. He will remain active among the Friends of the Foundation. The other two directors present at this meeting were Mr. Charles Carr, Treasurer (United Kingdom), and Mr. Nicholas Chance (United Kingdom).
