Jean-Yves Ollivier appointed Officer of the National Order of Niger

On 27 January in Niamey, H.E. Mahamadou Issoufou, President of the Republic of Niger, honored Mr. Jean-Yves Ollivier, international mediator and Founding Chairman of the Brazzaville Foundation, by elevating him to the rank of Officer of the National Order of Niger.
