Olivier Armand is the chief legal officer of the industrial group NGEN which is specialized in services relating to electricity storage and management. Incorporated in Slovenia, NGEN develops its activities in other countries across Europe. Olivier was also a lawyer specialised in International corporate transactions. He joined the Brussels office of the Chinese and Australian firm King & Wood Mallesons in 2004. Appointed partner and managing partner he was leading the local corporate and M&A department. He has been advising an extensive number of clients known as major players in the industrial, pharmaceutical and energy sectors. Olivier is also managing one of the most prestigeous vinyard in Burgundy. Born in Paris (France), Olivier works and leaves in Brussels (Belgium) since 2000. He holds a master in law from both the University of Paris II-Assas and the Brusssels Free University (ULB).
