The Brazzaville Foundation, constant in its principles and its method of seeking peace through dialogue, can only condemn the use of arms and reiterate its availability, among the actors of civil society, with the objective of helping to bring about a constructive dialogue between the belligerents. It does not refrain from making any contact to contribute to this.

The Foundation would like to point out that the protocol envisaged with DOC Research Institute, which provided for actions in favor of peace research, was never implemented. It is de facto null and void. DOC Research Institute has ceased its activities.
