Meeting of the Russian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs on Libya

"The meeting focused on developments in Libya and prospects for resolving the Libyan crisis. The Russian side stressed the importance of ending the armed confrontation as soon as possible and launch an inclusive political process under the aegis of the UN to achieve an intra-Libyan agreement, the basis for the future development of this country as a united, sovereign and independent state, said the ministry.
