Mr. Carr's departure is the result of a personal decision to pursue other professional opportunities. His contribution to good governance compliance and risk prevention has been commended by all members of the organisation. He is now a Friend of the Brazzaville Foundation.
In addition to his experience in strategic planning and risk management, the new Trustee, Philippe Jonnart, brings extensive expertise in finance and compliance rules. He has successfully worked in companies subject to stringent regulatory requirements, and has an in-depth knowledge of the rules and regulations of the financial sector.
The Board of Trustees is delighted with this new appointment and is convinced that Philippe Jonnart's expertise and experience will help strengthen the work of the Brazzaville Foundation in the years to come.
