February 6, Oxford - At the invitation of the Oxford Russian Club, the Founding Chairman of the Brazzaville Foundation Jean-Yves Ollivier took part in discussions at the University of Oxford on Russia-Africa relations with students and club members.

The Oxford Russian Club is a non-political organisation that aims to promote Russian culture at Oxford University. The club is also actively involved in Russian charities.
