This Technical Committee meeting, made up of experts from the public, private and civil society sectors, was an important step in the Lomé Initiative. The aim of the meeting was to examine Togo's National Plan to combat SFMP and to make recommendations to optimise its implementation. This plan is central to the project in Togo, the pilot country of the Lomé Initiative, whose main objective is to model the exemplary method and extend it to other member countries of the Initiative.
